Built a tailored onboarding flow that uses a custom Elementor form connected to a streamlined approval system. New residents receive automated emails and clear next steps after submitting their request.
Dynamic Resident Home Page
Added sections that automatically update, including announcements, newsletters, and next event previews.
Events Calendar Integration (The Events Calendar)
Implemented a full calendar system for upcoming events, board meetings, and facility reservations with color coded categories, intuitive filtering, and a dynamic feed.
Facility Rental Pages
Developed dedicated pages for each rentable space, including amenity details, policies, booking instructions, and downloadable forms.
Resource and Document Library
Organized governing documents, policies, design standards, financials, meeting minutes, and community resources into an easy to browse structure with downloadable files.
Constant Contact Integration
Integrated sign-up forms and the newsletter archive list to the website so residents always have access to communications.
Admin Training and SOPs
Provided detailed training sessions plus written SOPs so the management team can confidently update the site on their own.

One Loudoun Neighborhood Association is an active residential community in Loudoun County known for its amenities, events, and strong neighborhood involvement. The association supports thousands of residents and needed a modern digital home that reflects the vibrancy of the community. Their goal was to create a reliable, resident centered website that makes it simple to stay informed, access resources, and participate in neighborhood life.
