Your site is hosted on our agency Flywheel account. Flywheel is a premium managed WordPress hosting service known for fast speeds, excellent security, and global availability.
Care plans are billed every 30 days from the agreement start date. You’ll receive an invoice and can enable autopay for convenience. Project based hours outside your plan are billed separately.
We offer support for content updates and small enhancements at an hourly development rate. Larger projects such as new pages are quoted separately.
Yes. If you start with the Standard Plan and later add WooCommerce or need additional support, we can easily upgrade your care plan.
